A stable South Equatorial Band



 


Transparency was good but seeing was suboptimal because of the moderate southerly breeze which destabilized image acquisition. 

The SEB over CM shows that it is rather stable, with blue festoons extending from it and from the NEB. The low methane over one of the blue festoons extending from the NEB is shown in the third image. The EZ is not prominent.

The IR image shows at least 3 major ovals in the NPR.
