Here is a series of images captured on December 15th. The atmosphere showed considerable turbulence and image deterioration during image capture.
Under these circumstances, the 742nm IR filter performed better than the 672nm.
A narrow but extensive cloud is visible over Electris, Eridania and Hellas. Mare Cimmerium and Mare Tyrrenum are well in view. The SPC residual is very small. The streak visible in the 672nm is an processing artifact.
